This article will walk you through the steps needed to create a sponsor graphic

By the end of this short read, you will be able to create sponsor graphics, see how the creation process works, and further understand the Sponsors section of the platform

If you have already made a sponsor graphic, and are ready to make that graphic run on live streams, read this article

Step 1

We recommend making your first graphic about your organization. This helps you understand how this process works

Start by heading to the Sponsors page on our website -

Step 2

Click Create Sponsor in the bottom right corner

Step 3

You will be taken to our sponsor creation page where you will need to fill out the necessary information

  1. Sponsor's Name - Enter the name you wish to display this graphic as. This name does not have to be specific as it is only displayed on your page and used so you can quickly sort through your sponsor graphics

  2. Upload an Image - Create an image that is 320 pixels by 100 pixels and upload it here. This is the advertisement image that will be appearing on streams

  3. Add a Call to Action - Choose the best option from our dropdown menu. This is to help viewers understand your graphic's purpose

  4. Add a Link - Enter the link that you want viewers to be taken to when they click the link that will pop up in the chat

  5. Add a Caption - This text will appear as a chat message on stream at the same time the graphic is shown. Make sure to write an enticing caption if you want viewers to click the link

After you enter the information above your page should look something like this:

Step 4

Now that you have created everything for the sponsor you have two options:

  1. Save as Draft - This saves this sponsor for you to run later on. Great for if you are waiting to launch the advertisement on a certain date.

  2. Run Campaign - This will allow the sponsor graphic you have just made to be shown on any streams in your org that have set up their streams and linked their account. Link to article on adding members. Link to article on showing sponsors.

What does Running, Paused, Draft mean?

On the Sponsors page, you may notice these three sections

  • Running - Sponsors here will be shown on the streams of members in your org that have correctly linked their accounts and added the browser source

  • Paused - Sponsors here were previously in the Running section, but have been temporarily paused by you. Sponsors here do not show up on stream

  • Draft - Sponsors here are still a work in progress and are not shown on stream

Want to edit a sponsor or move it from one section to another? Click the three dots in the top left of the tile
